"An absolute gem run by wonderful people. The setting is charming with lovely art and trinkets that beat a coffee shop chain every time. Lots of free parking and a very warm welcome. The truly special thing for my partner and I was that the team realised that I was vegan when I ordered the veggie breakfast without eggs, explained everything that was and wasn't okay for me without me having to ask, then prepared me a (massive!) bespoke breakfast that kept me going until bedtime! You don't find that kind of consideration and personal touch very often and it made our day. Thank you, we'll be back!"

"What a lovely place with tasty, well-cooked food and a warm welcome. The all-day breakfasts were delicious, we also had a bacon, egg and chips and a breakfast bap - all freshly cooked to perfection. We took away some beautiful pastries and cakes to eat at home - they were too good to leave behind. We’ll be back to try the coffees and toasted tea cakes soon!"

"Greeted with a warm welcome, including our dog. We both had a ploughman's lunch from the specials board and it was delicious. Food was very fairly priced, especially given the generous portion size. Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast, lunch or a coffee and cake"
